VoIP providers are not your nemesis, but It’s critical to recognize they highlight the lost opportunities MNOs currently endure.

Indeed, it is time for MNOs to start offering equivalent or superior cellular-based services. Doing so will not only allow MNOs to reclaim revenues currently redirected towards VoIP-based services, but garner increased customer loyalty, growth and longer-term profits.

The crux of our message is simple: MNOs have a remarkable opportunity before them. Your networks have the potential to offer services that match and exceed those of VoIP providers. Cellular communication is a powerful tool, and it is time for you to add the features and functionality that are currently only available through VoIP providers.
