2020 was one of the toughest years for businesses globally, but ConXhub clients have been able to thrive with our unique Communication Suite that by chance was perfectly aligned for the new normal we now live in.
We had always predicted a move to more home / remote working, it was on the cards as more and more people were becoming increasingly disgruntled with the daily commute and there was an ever increasing level of evidence that remote working actually improved business output. Covid19 simply hastened that move and surveys suggest that whilst there might be some hybrid office work, there will be no going back to how it was.
ConXhub was conceived as a means to communicate from anywhere, even whilst on the move, giving users the ability to maximise the benefits of their personal mobile phone, by turning it into their central business communicator. By allowing users to seamlessly add their work numbers to their phones, allowing them to make & receive calls or messages from any of their work numbers, it instantly overcame the issue of privacy & logistics when Covid19 hit and staff were forced to work from home.
For ConXhub clients it actually meant no change and business as usual, as it didn’t matter where they were located – armed with their ConXhub enabled mobile phone they continued to communicate as though in the office, even though they were now at home.
For new customers, the simplicity of setting up new users and adding existing business numbers to personal mobile phones was a breeze. No additional equipment was required to be installed at home and zero reliance on overstretched home internet meant seamless communications from the moment they started to use the service.
Growth for ConXhub has been through the roof for all of 2020 and continues at a pace with most customers set up and installed within a few hours of signing up.
Covid19 brought its own set of challenges to the company, especially for the dev team, but during the year we focused attention on delivering more management and remote work features like our activeAgent which gives a needed real time view of staff activity, especially important in remote work conditions.
What has been really interesting during 2020 is how our clients appear to have coped with the desperate times, a few particularly in travel have obviously reduced services, and several have remained static, but staggeringly over80% of our clients have actually grown, some by an incredible amount.
