That’s right… have fun answering a call – turn the ‘Blue Dot’ Green before your colleague does – if it turns red, you Lose!
The ConXhub Chrome Widget displays all current calls, showing you; the status of each, the Profile dialled, any selected IVR options (1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc..).
In addition it uses a coloured dot to highlight its current status and a timer to show how long the caller has been on hold:
- Blue – Call on Hold awaiting answer
- Red – Call Answered by another person or hung up
- Green – Call accepted by you
If you accept a call the call will instantly get forwarded to your mobile phone number and your mobile will ring – accept the call and you’ll be connected with the caller.
Buttons within the widget allow you to refresh and clear existing data, as well as log out.
A badge attached to the widget icon lists the current number of calls on hold.
The list is opened and closed by simply left clicking on the Widget Icon.
Within the widget Options you can set up your perfect PC alert by selecting Ping or Ring for each Call Notification and you can also set the alerts for your Mobile Phone.
The Transfer Button, allows you to paste a number into an activeQ – this could be your own or that of a colleague or a group of colleagues. You can either call directly from the activeQ notification or from within the activeQ list.
