In short, I am Mark Trowbridge founder of ConXhub and I am looking for Business partners – this could be the opportunity of a lifetime or the death of you!
I didn’t have the luxury of starting ConXhub with a couple of student friends, dreaming up the corporate direction & how we were going to spend the millions… but when you think about it that’s quite logical; I am too dunce to be a student and I certainly haven’t got any friends!!!
I had it lucky when ConXhub simply appeared in front of me. It’s an amazing product, beautifully engineered with a $multi-billion market and all I do is swan around like Little Lord Fauntleroy spending every profitable penny I can!
As a Boss I suck! If you have time to complain then you have more time to get work done! … and as for benefits? Well, you’re lucky to have a job at all! As a partner; I’ll lure you in with promises of loads of spare time, money pouring out of every orifice, amazing travel opportunities, and even day-drinking…… Fame, Riches, Freeeedom! All kibosh…and Don´t wake me, I´m working!… if you do, you´ll find I am cantankerous, one-dimensional, stubborn, arrogant, self-opinionated & obstinate. I just want people around me I can shout at, irritate and ensure they have nightmares every day & night (yep, I expect work 24/7, 365)!
I couldn´t care less about what you have done before, what you have achieved to date – that´s the past, it’s irrelevant, I’m only interested in what I can pull from you moving forward; blood, sweat and tears while you run back to your mammas bosom!

ConXhub is still a start up, but a profitable one. It has been growing month on month sometimes as much as 20% and clients love it! We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of our core application. Your primary focus will be the onward development of our iOS application and its integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Build and maintain our core application and modules for the iOS platform
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Proficient with Swift
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Knack of bench-marking and optimisation
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
