New Member of the Board
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Newbury to the board of Directors for Riptec Ltd taking up the the position of CIO.
Mark has a long and established career centred around Information Technology including highly demanding roles such as the CEO of a leading broadband business for 3 years, the “Racing Post” newspaper´s Systems Manager and the European IT manager for a large international corporation for 7 years that included full responsibility for all IT and technology related matters in 7 offices across Europe and South Africa, including the setting up of new offices in London, Paris, Zurich, Basil and Madrid.

Mark is married, with 2 children. He is a Karate Instructor (Shotokhan) of over 25 years and has over 10 years as a PADI Dive Instructor. He also holds a 1st Dan in Iaido (Japanese Swordsmanship). Other interests include Skiing, Water Skiing, boating, genealogy, kick boxing and a strong desire to further develop his Spiritual self.
In this article, we introduce a new member of our Board of Directors. This individual has extensive experience in management and has taken on a number of roles in the past. We believe that their skills and knowledge will be a valuable asset to our company.

Lisa Cheng, a financial analyst and entrepreneur, has been appointed to the board of directors. Cheng is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Wharton Business School. She has worked in finance for more than 14 years at companies like Apple and Barclays.
