There are times when you need to alert your agents to a priority Call, ensuring that call is answered as a priority.
Whatever, the situation or reason, we have made it simple for you to manage these types of calls and provide the perfect visual aid for Agents to recognise the call is a Priority and respond appropriately.
Simply select the Phone Number you want to Prioritise.
Next time a call notification is received for that number, it will be placed at the top of the list and gain a background colour to distinguish it from others.
You can set as many numbers as you need as Priority.
