What is sms2email?

It is a piece of proprietary software developed by ConXhub to forward SMS messages to an email address

How does it work?

As an SMS message is received we instantly wrap it into an email message and send it to the relevant email address

Can I send to multiple email addresses?

We will send to one specific email address, but there is nothing to stop you forwarding to multiple users from your email system.

How do I change my email address?

If you have access to the ConXhub portal you can simply change it there.

Otherwise simply send an email request to support.

How long can I keep the number?

You are automatically billed month by month. You can keep the number for as long as you need it. There are no contracts or lock-ins. Simply, tell us you wish to cancel or enter your account online and cancel.

What are Virtual numbers?

These are real phone numbers but not attached to any lines or physical equipment. They work exactly the same as any normal landline or mobile number.

Does sms2email work with all numbers?

It will work with all SMS enabled phone numbers including all Mobile numbers and some Geographical numbers

I don't have a mobile number?

Not a problem – register with any phone number – we will send your verification codes to your email address. Please ensure that conxhub.com & conxhub.com are set as safe domains in spam.

Can I send SMS from my new number?

Depending on your plan, Yes you can. We offer a Standard SMS send feature and Bulk SMS.

How many numbers can I have?

As many as you want! We have many customers who resell our numbers for a premium. Simply email support@conxhub.com with your request for more numbers.
