Car troubles.

Would you buy a new car that kept spluttering and stalling?

of course not… then why do you put up with VoIP?

VoIP is amazing technology, and it is in use globally. However, just like early cars it has a tendancy to cough & splutter and worse, cut you off mid sentance!

Amy a call centre employee explains how demoralising it can be:

I do Pay & Tax information transfer, where I call a Government department and pass over business information. I could be on a call for 45 minutes and just rounding off when suddenly the call drops!! This is a nightmare scenario as it means I’ll never re-connect with the same person and I’ll have to start all over again. I just feel like crying.. it’s such a waste of time and effort – I’ll often take myself off for a walk, before starting another call… it is the same for the whole team!

Rob who works for Feefo, explains how he will often hang up and use his own personal phone:

So often I am on a call and I can hardly hear the other person or I just hear every other word, it is so difficult to concentrate or have a proper conversation so I’ll simply hang up and call them back on my personal mobile. I worry they now have my personal phone number but at least I can do my job!

An Estate Agent explains how he lost a sale:

I had just taken on the perfect listing for one of my clients. I was desperate to call them but I couldn’t get my softphone to connect.. I tore back to the office to make the call, only to find another agent had beaten me, and called them first – I was furious!

Andy explains how his team spend all day making calls with frustrating responses.

My team are given appointment lists to call potential clients at set times. Clients are waiting for our call, but often don’t recognise the phone number our agents are calling from and disregard the call. If they cold-call the pick up rate is desperately low, and when we do get through the line is so bad, we often have to hang up and try again. I am so frustrated we are thinking of going back to BT landlines!

VoIP is great, but it has it’s limitations especially at the end user side of things. Outside of these examples, you pretty much need to be static when using VoIP services. Tied to your desk or stationary whilst tethered to a decent internet connection. VoIP ‘piggybacks’ off the internet which was designed to transport data around the world.

Conversely, the Mobile cellular network is a designated voice network designed to work anywhere, everywhere and even whilst you are on the move.

HD Call quality, robust connectivity and true mobility are offered by the Mobile Cellular Network & ConXhub have harnessed all that goodness & bolted on mobile -multi-numbering & a host of other futuristic features to bring you true 21st century communications.

When your staff are having connectivity issues, these equate to money. Loss of time actually on the phone, loss of business, loss of revenue and decreased profits. Bums on seats cost money and if they are not able to be productive then why have them there in the first place?

ConXhub has proven to keep staff happier – less frustrated calls and freedom to move from their desks – this leads to less costs in hiring and training, more productivity from seasoned staff and greater profits.
